3. Numbered Editions & Inventory
Our garments are produced in limited batches. An item added to your shopping cart is not reserved until payment authorization is confirmed by our server-side payment verification webhooks. In the rare event of concurrent inventory depletion, affected orders will be refunded in full.
4. Intellectual Property
The Weatherby & Vane wordmark, peacock and weathervane logo mark, hand-rendered garment linework graphics, typography styling, and photography are proprietary intellectual assets protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited.
