Each garment in our atelier undergoes a rigorous final pressing and quality inspection before dispatch. Standard orders are packed in our signature archive boxes and transferred to courier custody within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.

4. Shipment Tracking & Delivery
Upon courier pickup, an automated dispatch notification containing the courier name and Air Waybill (AWB) tracking link is transmitted via email and SMS. Deliveries require a recipient signature or delivery authentication code.
