Processing Timeline: 5–7 business days
To maintain the highest hygiene and atelier standards, returned garments must be unwashed, unworn, and accompanied by all original branded tags and archive boxes intact.
2. Complimentary Size Exchange Process
If your chosen size is not optimal, our atelier provides complimentary doorstep reverse pickup across all supported Indian pincodes. Upon receipt and rapid inspection at our atelier, the requested size will be dispatched immediately.
3. Refund Disbursement
Refunds are initiated back to the original source payment method (UPI, net banking, or debit/credit card) via Razorpay once the return passes quality verification. Credit is typically reflected in the customer bank account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank clearing cycles.
